Pong 2,0
Pong 2.0 was for a Five Second Project contest started by Nick Campbell at Greyscale Gorilla. I used Cinema 4d and After Effects to create the piece. For this project, I wanted to incorporate motion data from After Effects and use it for the motion path in C4D. I started with real gameplay footage of the old Atari game and traced the path of the pong ball and paddles. That information was easily transfereed to Cinema and the rest was modeling and lighting. Because of the data from After Effects, very few keyframes had to be created inside C4D.
